The majority of Yoga classes at Om Shanti Academy include meditation practice through different techniques.
Meditation is the gift of life to humanity. This experiential practice leads the practitioners to a state of hyperconsciousness, establishes them in the present moment and frees them from judgment, frees them from the past and the future.
The daily few minutes’ practice of meditation cuts off the mental tensions from the very beginning and as a result the practitioners experience countless benefits in their everyday life. Eventually they reach the point of recognizing themselves and gaining their personal freedom.
The practitioners participating in the yoga classes of Om Shanti Academy, are being introduced to different kinds of meditation techniques. By this way they have the opportunity to choose the technique that suits them best, thus being familiarized to this unique gift of life.
