At Om Shanti Tribe, we imagine it differently: as a play of presence, observation, and connection. Not only with closed eyes, but also through movement, breath, voice, imagination, and sound.

The “Peace Your Self” session hosts every form of meditation: from seated and moving techniques to breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra, and other experiential practices that arise from the body. Here, you don’t follow rules — you follow your inner signal.

Meditation practices are integrated:

- In the Yin–Yang Yoga class (with seated meditation at the beginning and pranayama at the end)

- In Yoga Nidra – a complete supine meditation method

- In mini-meditations during Yoga classes (Hatha & Vinyasa)

- In standalone sessions and workshops announced through Organic Intelligence Movement

You don’t need to know how to meditate.

All you need is the desire to meet yourself.
