Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is flow. It is transition. It is the art of moving without losing awareness.
Each pose is connected to the breath and the next movement. It generates warmth, energy, and presence. A class that can sometimes be gentle, sometimes more challenging—but always in harmony with you.


Hatha Yoga

Hatha is the root. The beginning. It is the practice that gives you space to stay in each pose, to understand what you are doing, to listen to what your body is telling you.
With a slow pace, steady postures, and conscious breathing, it strengthens both power and focus. If you want to return to the basics with substance, this is the place for you.
